WOMEN4IT project, officially launched on 12 December 2018 in Brussels
Women4IT is a multi-stakeholder partnership funded by the EEA Grants and the Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. The project is supported by 9 Partners, among them and CRE.THI.DEV., from across Europe and various sectors.
Women4IT addresses the structural transformation of the labour market due to the growing digital society in which there are significantly less women than men. This digital gap will lead to more women left out of the digital economy, widening the gender gap. The main objective of the project is to raise awareness about this gap, and to develop the digital competences of young women who are at risk of exclusion from the labour market thus improving their employability.
