Project Management for Youth Workers

PM4YOU aims to bolster the practical skills of youth workers from the sending organizations, HIRO and CEUP, by providing tangible job-shadowing experiences. By the project's conclusion, these professionals will possess enriched project management acumen. Concurrently, the participating youth workers will collaboratively devise a draft for a novel training course in project management.
